In practical use, in which aspects does energy conservation refer to, as we discuss it? 1. Reduce using steam ； 2. Decreased power usage ； 3. Use cooling water; reduce chilled water usage ； 4. Reduced vacuum load ； If process water is used, the amount of process raw materials is reduced – does this count as energy savings?
It should be that anything that helps to save steam, electricity, circulating water, and in general reduces energy consumption and losses is considered energy-saving.
In essence, energy conservation means reducing energy losses and improving energy efficiency
Energy savings should be measured in terms of consumption per unit of product; whether it’s raw materials or energy, any reduction in consumption constitutes energy savings.
