With buckets of 200 kg capacity, it takes just over two minutes to fill one bucket; even at a flow rate of 0.5 m/s, it still only takes 5 minutes, which makes the operation very inconvenient. If a small pipe is connected at the flexible hose connection, your loading pump is still too large for 200kg barrels; and since the barrels need to be stored, isn’t it necessary to have a warehouse for that purpose? In accordance with GB50160 6.5.4, the storage area for actual bottles (barrels) and the filling room can be located in the same building, but it is advisable to separate them with solid walls, with separate entrances and exits for each. Therefore, you can use a solid wall to create a filling room in the Class A warehouse you have prepared, purchase a filler machine, and then send the products directly to the warehouse for storage.
