Are DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ plans currently being implemented in the chemical industry? Is it carried out by the owner themselves, or written by the supplier with the company carrying it out?
The pharmaceutical industry, right? I’m not in this industry; in previous situations, it was the client who prepared the documents, and the supplier would carry out the work and sign accordingly based on the client’s requirements. This facilitates management and data entry. Of course, if the supplier is a large company that has already carried out similar procedures in the past, then simply ask them to provide those documents as original materials for archiving. From the requirements specification to the final operational verification. They intersect with each other and corroborate one another. It’s not just these four proposal documents.
It is required in both the pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical chemicals industries. I’m not very familiar with the large-scale chemical industry!
