Can the steam generated by the RTO be used in a thermal evaporation unit? How much steam can the RTO produce?
This question is equivalent to: How many steamed buns do you think aliens eat in one meal? The conditions aren’t clear, and you want an answer right away. Bro, when we ask questions, can we be a bit more specific? How much steam is produced and how much heat can be converted depends on your VOC treatment volume and the composition of the substances involved. If you only have 1 m3, 1 PPM in an hour, then that amount of steam is not even worth anything – it’s less than a fart! I saw a case before where the heat generated by VOCs was used to provide hot drinking water for the entire ship. It depends on your quantity.
RTO is the Railway Transportation Office. RTO is a regenerative thermal oxidizer.
The RTO has a processing capacity of 30,000 m3/h; the evaporation system requires a steam pressure of 0.3 MPa and a temperature of around 100 degrees
