Corrosion problem of valve bolts in insulated pipelines

The company has been in operation for over ten years, and recently there have been several instances of corrosion and leakage in the insulation-covered pipelines. After removing the insulation, it was found that the valve bolts on these pipelines were also severely corroded. For this major maintenance effort, it is planned to remove all the insulation for inspection.
This needs to be checked after cleaning to see if replacement is necessary, for reference.
