Do all the process engineers at design institutes know how to perform simulation calculations for towers and heat exchangers? What is the approximate proportion? I know it should be possible, and I will do it too; but at work I’ve heard that many of the engineers in the engineering lab actually don’t know how to do it
Those that won’t work will be removed; one can’t just fill the spot without competence
How is it determined whether someone can play or not? Will the national football team be able to play well? They are considered great at home, but in Europe they might not be able to play; they could be those who cannot play, yet still better than those who truly cannot play at all, only not meeting professional standards
