Is the introduction of utility services done during purging? Isn’t it the case that for once-through water, fresh water, recycled water, and low-temperature water, they are all used after being purged with their own medium and then put into use directly after exhaust is released from the highest point of the equipment? Are the steam pipes also cleaned with steam, then drained through the drain lines, and the pipes are slightly opened to warm up before being put into use once the valves are fully open? I just want to ask the expert to help confirm it. . . :handshake
Is it that after the constructor completes the work and makes the necessary corrections, the utility systems are put into use first, and only then is pressure testing, airtightness testing, water circulation testing, replacement, and commissioning carried out?
Depending on the scale of the facility, it is generally necessary for the utility systems to be ready for operation or to start operating 3 to 6 months in advance. For example, only after fresh water, industrial water, desalinated water, wastewater, etc. are put into use can the boiler in the power center meet the requirements for operating a drying furnace ； Only after the 110 kV and 35 kV systems become capable of connecting to the external grid do facilities such as air separation units and air compressor stations become operational ； .....Only after water, electricity, gas (steam), air, nitrogen, etc. are available or operating normally can the facility be ready for tasks such as purging, system pressure testing, and individual testing of large-scale units.
