The instrument system debugging should comply with the following regulations. a. The detection and automatic control system should be simulated and debugged before being jointly tested with the machinery, that is, inputting the signal at the transmitter, and checking all functions such as indication, control, and alarm on the operating console or secondary instrument. b. The interlocking and alarm system should be simulated before being jointly tested with the machinery. Debugging means inputting an analog signal at the signaling switch, checking its correct logic and action, and adjusting it until it is qualified. c. When jointly debugging and adjusting instruments with machinery, instrument, electrical, and process operators must cooperate closely with each other. d. Power supply and distribution personnel must hold certificates to work and strictly implement the operating system. b. Before receiving power at the substation and power distribution site, simulation tests must be conducted on the relay protection device, automatic reclosing device, alarm and pre-phase system according to the system. c. On the programmable logic controller The protection device should simulate interlocking and alarm parameters one by one, and verify the correctness of its logical positive alarm value. e. The system replacement conditions should comply with the following regulations.: a. The oxygen content in the inert gas shall not be higher than the safety standard. b. Confirm that the quantity, quality, and installation location of the blind plates are qualified. c. When replacing, pay attention to the dead corners in the system. If necessary, use repeated pressure increase and pressure relief methods to replace the gas. d. When the pipeline system is connected to a gas cabinet, the gas cabinet should be raised and lowered three times repeatedly to replace the gas in the annular water seal. e. The replacement work should be carried out consecutively in the order of first the main pipe and then the branch pipe. f. Analysts should pay attention to the wind direction and the height and direction of the vent pipe when sampling to prevent poisoning. g. The analysis data shall be subject to three consecutive passes and shall be signed and confirmed by the production, technical and safety personnel. h.
