Then why not use a steam trap?
It is the separation of exhaust gas and water; can a steam trap be used?
There are both mechanical and electric ones; there are many related posts on the forum. The automatic drain valve used on air pressure tanks like yours should work.
Vent valves are not necessarily installed on steam pipelines
Just make a water seal; it’s based on the principle of a communicating vessel.
Use a gravity drain valve when there is no pressure; for situations with pressure, consider the automatic drain valve used on air compressors.
