The project is located quite far away; how can warranty service be provided for 2 years after the acceptance? It’s not practical to send people over every time a problem arises; how do you handle it?
The contractor commits in the contract to arriving within a certain number of hours, such as 24 hours, 48 hours, ... If the project is located far away and transportation is inconvenient, it is possible to deploy maintenance technical personnel from another location or find local maintenance service contractors to provide the necessary support. But a time commitment is necessary; otherwise, it will delay Party A’s production.
