Contents of Construction: This project consists of three parts: the construction of a facility for producing key raw materials of high-carbon α-olefins, with an annual production capacity of 0.1 tons of organic ligands. It includes design elements related to processes, equipment, instrumentation, electrical systems, water supply and drainage, architecture, structure, site planning, fire protection, environmental protection, and safety for units such as reaction systems, solvent purification systems, auxiliary systems, release systems, and utility systems. Install waste gas treatment facilities, including alkaline scrubbers and activated carbon adsorption tanks. No tank areas are designated within the area ; The product is a solid; it is packaged in barrels and then delivered ; All utility services used are supplied through pipelines from outside the boundary area. Set up an unattended cabinet room. All analytical and testing tasks are carried out using existing facilities. The development section for the production of the anionic emulsifier AE-10 includes one set of continuous evaluation equipment, one set of molecular distillation apparatus, one set of parallel crystallization equipment, several small-scale instruments and devices, as well as modifications to experimental equipment. The development section for the preparation of dodecyl mercaptan includes one set of continuous evaluation equipment, one ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry instrument, several small-scale instruments and equipment, as well as laboratory renovations. Two gas cylinder cabinets are installed, each containing 2 cylinders of hydrogen and 2 cylinders of ethylene oxide, as well as 2 cylinders of hydrogen sulfide and 2 cylinders of nitrogen as reference gases. Install waste gas treatment facilities, including activated carbon adsorption boxes (for treating hydrogen sulfide), waste gas fans, and chimneys.
