The area in front of and behind the pressure regulating valve is where the pressure levels change. However, the pressure rating of the valve body is generally the same as that of the inlet pipeline. The outlet piping will also have the same pressure rating as the inlet; choosing the same pressure for the outlet is done to ensure that the pressure resistance of the pipe section in case of valve failure is equal to that of the inlet, as a safety measure. Usually, the pressure suppression section is replaced. This is because certain components inside the pressure regulating valve (such as diaphragms) cannot withstand the pressure in the inlet pipe section, to prevent damage. In addition, the valve manufacturer has conducted relevant tests prior to shipment to ensure that the valves meet the requirements of relevant standards. It is only used under actual conditions during debugging. Of course, if the property owner insists, open communication can be carried out. Of course, there are certain types of control valves that can be tested together with the pipe sections. Further communication can be arranged if necessary.
