Is the difficulty in process design related to the setup of instruments? It seems that the equipment and pipe diameters are fine; it’s the instruments that present challenges. I don’t understand why a pressure control valve needs to be installed – how should a flow control valve be set up?
In terms of technology, a valve is a device that prevents fluid from flowing, and its specific name for regulation can be chosen arbitrarily. For example, air compressors need to be regulated using air conditioning, primarily to control the output volume. There’s no need for any kind of adjustment, whether it’s pressure adjustment or flow adjustment. It would be best to include a flowchart to accompany the discussion and explanation.
The process design sets the requirements; specifically, it is necessary to discuss this with the instrumentation team to determine how to realize your ideas.
