Classification of fire hazards in incinerators

Commonly seen are incinerators for waste gas and waste liquid, and the classification of their fire hazard has always been rather ambiguous. Some say it should be determined based on the fire hazard of the waste gas and waste liquid, others suggest that the spacing should be determined according to the classification of open-flame equipment, and still others claim that according to building codes they fall into Category D. It isn’t very meaningful to clarify this here; it is mainly necessary to consult the experts involved in the project’s safety review at the location where the project is carried out. The fire separation distance between waste gas and waste liquid incinerators and Class A production facilities is required to be at least 30 meters in some projects (as per open-flame equipment standards) ； In some locations, project requirements specify a length of not less than 15 meters (not as an open-flame device, but as an auxiliary facility for process equipment).
