A technology developed by Luxi Chemical passed the evaluation for scientific and technological achievements. On November 26, the “high-efficiency skid-mounted formic acid hydrogen production technology” developed with the involvement of Luxi Chemical successfully passed the review by the expert committee of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. The expert committee unanimously agreed that this technology is highly challenging and innovative, reaching a leading level in the country, and approved its evaluation as a scientific and technological achievement. This technology is an achievement resulting from joint research and development by Luxi Chemical, Xiamen Guluoqi Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Xiamen University; it possesses complete independent intellectual property rights as well as core technological advantages. The organic acid-based hydrogen production equipment used in this project is fully domestically produced and features high energy efficiency and low energy consumption. This technology can meet the hydrogen demands of small-scale industrial use as well as those in various application areas, and it helps to promote carbon reduction, efficiency improvement, and upgrading in industries such as manufacturing and new energy.
