Recently, the patent for “A Hydrogen-to-Carbon Ratio Control Method and System” applied for by Zhongkong Technology Co., Ltd. was published. The abstract indicates that this application discloses a hydrogen-to-carbon ratio control method and system for use in gasification conversion units. It first obtains the operating data at the current moment, and then, based on these data along with the mechanism model within the conversion furnace, it determines the ideal bed temperature required to achieve the target hydrogen-to-carbon ratio – that is, the optimal target for the bed temperature at that moment. Subsequently, using this optimal target along with the current operating data, a dynamic prediction model is employed to dynamically adjust the input flow rate of raw gas and the set temperature at the inlet of the conversion furnace for the next moment. This enables balancing the relationship between the bed temperature, the input flow rate of raw gas, and the inlet set temperature, so that under dynamically changing operating conditions, the bed temperature can gradually approach the optimal target. As a result, stable control of the hydrogen-to-carbon ratio is achieved, thereby improving the accuracy of such control as well as the system’s resistance to disturbances.
