The biodegradable aliphatic polyester includes: Component A, a dicarboxylic acid compound ； Component B: 1,4-butanediol in at least an equimolar amount to Component A. The cyclic esters include the compounds shown in Formula (I) and Formula (II); based on the total weight of the biodegradable aliphatic polyester composition, the content of cyclic esters is 0.6–1.1 wt.%, and the mass ratio of the compounds shown in Formula (I) to those in Formula (II) is 2–6:1. By controlling the polymerization monomers of the biodegradable aliphatic polyester composition and appropriately regulating the ratio of the compounds represented by Formula (I) and Formula (II), this invention significantly reduces the precipitation of cyclic esters, thereby effectively improving the heat-sealing strength. Since the beginning of this year, Jinfa Technology has obtained 66 new patent approvals, a 144.44% increase compared to the same period last year.
