Two significant successes in the application of domestically produced ASA high-rubber content powder: Recently, the ASA high-rubber content powder technology developed by the China National Research Institute of Chemical Engineering secured two contracts – one with Shandong Daon Corporation for technical cooperation and development, and another with Kenli Petrochemical for technology licensing. The Research Institute and Daon Co., Ltd. have carried out collaborative efforts based on technology licensing, focusing on the optimization of existing production processes, the development of customized products, and market validation, thereby opening up pathways for the commercial use of domestically produced high-performance ASA materials. At the same time, a technology licensing agreement was signed with Kenli Group; through the transfer of core technologies, large-scale production of ASA with high rubber content was achieved rapidly, providing an exemplary model for the industrialization of such technologies that can be replicated by other industries. Behind this successful contract signing is years of hard work by the research team, who overcame numerous technical challenges to develop an industry-leading proprietary ASA high-polymer powder technology.
