Recently, Zhejiang Jusheng Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jusheng Company) began mass production of 10,000 tons per year of high-quality melt-processable fluororesin (PFA), as well as ultra-pure PFA products related to this production. This marks the availability of key materials that are under domestic control for strategic industries in our country such as semiconductors and new energy; the fluorine chemical industry is accelerating its progress toward the top of the global value chain. 　　This product, named “Ultra-Pure PFA”, meets semiconductor-grade purity standards; the amount of key metal ions released is kept at a level of ppt (one trillionth), while the total amount of metal ions released is maintained at the ppb level (one billionth). It fills the gap in the industrial production of high-end fluoropolymers in China. 　　According to the technical staff at Jusheng Company, the core challenge of pure PFA lies in its purity. In semiconductor manufacturing, even trace amounts of metal ion contamination can lead to a significant drop in chip yield. Through end-to-end development across the entire production process, Jusheng Company has overcome a series of technical challenges related to raw material purification, process control, and equipment material selection, ultimately achieving key product specifications that are superior to those of imported similar products. 　　As verified by leading domestic semiconductor companies, Jusheng’s ultra-pure PFA products can directly replace imported ones, not only reducing procurement costs but also ensuring a stable supply whenever it is needed.
