What are the design grades for foundations and pile foundations?

The foundation design grade for this project is Class C, and the pile foundation design grade is also Class C. How are the basic design grades and pile foundation design grades defined here?
Article 3.0.1 of the Code for Design of Building Foundation Systems GB 50007-2011 classifies foundation design into three design grades, based on the complexity of the foundation, the scale and functional characteristics of the building, as well as the extent to which foundation problems may cause damage to the building or affect its normal use.
