Recently, the environmental impact assessment for the first phase of the technical upgrade project at Ningxia Runze Xinxinbang Chemical Co., Ltd., which aims to increase the annual production capacity of fine chemical products by 9,500 tons, was made public – specifically regarding the 1,000 t/a production line for bispyribac-sodium. Project Overview: Project Name: Technical transformation project for Ningxia Runze Xinxinbang Chemical Co., Ltd. to produce 9,500 tons of fine chemical products per year (Phase 1: 1,000 t/a bispyribac-sodium production line). Nature of the project: Technical transformation. Location of construction: Wuzhong Taishan Development Zone. Project investment: 25 million yuan. Production capacity: 1,000 tons of bispyribac-sodium per year. Scope of construction: The existing production facilities in Workshop 1 and Workshop 2 that are no longer in use will be transformed into facilities for producing bispyribac-sodium at a rate of 1,000 tons per year; the main production equipment includes synthesis reactors, salt formation reactors, distillation reactors, mother liquor treatment reactors, and fully automatic centrifuges ; The supporting utilities, storage and transportation, and environmental protection facilities rely primarily on the existing facilities within the factory.
