Seeking help with a liquid level gauge for a water tank

Equipment 1: May I ask about a 3-kilogram steam condensate tank with upper and lower oval seals? I’m looking for an in-situ level gauge; the float type seems a bit too basic. Are there any better options? Will magnetic flap valves work? Equipment 2: A saltwater tank, with solid salt particles at the bottom and water on top; I also want to install a level gauge. Thank you

Using magnetic flip switches is fine for Device 1; it is recommended to use a radar level gauge for Device 2

For simplicity and intuitiveness, a glass plate level gauge should be the first choice; please choose carefully!
