I. The magnetic flip board level gauge, also known as a magnetic level indicator, magnetic column level gauge, or magnetic float level gauge, operates on the principle of magnetic coupling. It overcomes the various disadvantages of glass tube level gauges, such as their inability to function under high temperatures and pressures as well as their fragility.II. The locally displayed magnetic flip board level gauge features intuitive and clear readings, a wide viewing angle, a compact and rational design, reliability, and no issues with leakage. It requires minimal maintenance and has low repair costs. Moreover, its indication function does not depend on an external power supply; thus, even in the event of a power failure, level monitoring is not affected. It is an ideal instrument for level measurement. III. The magnetic flap level gauge operates on the principle of a communicating tube, ensuring that the liquid level in the container being measured is equal to that in the measuring tube. As the float in the measuring tube changes in volume in line with the liquid level, the magnet inside the float interacts with the magnets in the color columns on the display panel, causing these columns to flip. White indicates no liquid present, while red indicates the presence of liquid, thereby allowing for the direct display of the liquid level. IV. The magnetic flap level gauge is a measuring instrument that uses a magnetic float as the sensing element; it detects the level or interface of the liquid being measured through the magnetic coupling between the magnetic float and the magnet in the display column. V. The magnetic flap level gauge indicator is installed on the outside or above the tank, and is used to indicate and control the liquid level inside the tank; a drain valve can be added as needed for a sealed design. The connecting flange is equipped with a control instrument that allows for customization of the liquid level height; the indicator consists of magnetic color chips, and as the magnetic float inside the main tube rises with the liquid level, the color chips flip, thereby indicating the liquid level height. A magnetic switch or a remote transmitter can also be installed on the body tube to output a switch signal or an analog signal. Suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosion-resistant environments; it offers local display and remote control capabilities. The main tube of the magnetic flap level gauge is made of seamless steel pipe; the connection sections are welded by hole-pulling, and there are no scratches inside. The magnetic flap level gauge can be installed either side-mounted or top-mounted, with the lower end of the gauge body being sealed. VI. Magnetic flap level gauges can be installed either on the side or at the top; in either case, a remote transmission unit can be connected to them, allowing the gauge to display the liquid level locally as well as enable remote monitoring of it. A magnetic flap level gauge with such a remote transmission unit is referred to as a remote-type magnetic flap level gauge.
VII. If equipped with a UR-type resistive level sensor, or a UB-type resistive-current level transmitter along with a (secondary) display instrument, a magnetic flap level gauge can achieve electric remote transmission, outputting a standard signal of 4–20mA (or 0–10mA), which can be used in conjunction with recording instruments or industrial control computers in a networked setup.
