Feed this medium into the rotary kiln to ensure complete combustion of the material. It is necessary to monitor and control the oxygen content in this medium. Is a zirconia analyzer suitable for this operating condition? From the information I found on zirconia, its applications are all in flue gases at relatively high temperatures (around 300–600°C). I couldn’t find any examples of its use in environments with a medium temperature of around 25°C. I’m not sure whether it’s feasible or what the performance would be like, so I’m seeking advice from those with more experience.
What is the specific process? For the online constant oxygen/micro oxygen measurement in air separation units, zirconia is currently used for this purpose. When measuring with zirconia, heating is required; whether normal temperature conditions are suitable or not has little impact on this process

It works perfectly; generally, zirconia probes come equipped with functions for insulating and heating the probe, so this does not affect their use in normal temperature environments.
