Our company has recently undergone major repairs, and we are sharing some photos from these repairs.

:Lol, your company is really wealthy indeed. How is the SG8000 system from Shenmu performing? What is the seventh-to-last slot in the TRICON SIS and Hilscher KM+MACS V6.5 DCS 3500 framework? There are no indicator lights – is it a grounding module?

I haven’t seen a compressor overhauled in many years; I haven’t touched any large-scale units either in recent times, sigh.

However, SHENGU’s system also relies on Alstom’s technology, and it must be quite good by now. It is also possible to learn about the parameters and operating status of the unit through a mobile app. The seventh-to-last slot in 3500 is an empty slot; no card is installed there, so the indicator light does not light up. Our company began operations in 2013, and the equipment used is considered to be among the mainstream models available today. The major repair is not yet complete; I’ll upload more photos once there’s time.
After a careful comparison, the screenshot of your configuration doesn’t match the photos from the site. In Configuration 25, there are 6 modules on the right side of 50+42, whereas in the on-site photos, there are only 4 42 modules on the right side of 25.

After checking, it turns out that the configuration does not apply to this compressor – we have a total of 8 compressors. The image shows an ammonia compressor, while the program is for a methanol synthesis gas compressor.
Which valves are used for multi-stage pressure reduction?
The temperature and pressure reducing valve that is being overhauled this time is a Leslie valve; the original actuator was too small, causing the valve to stick over time. This time, the actuators of one pressure reducing valve (reducing pressure from 9.8 MPa to 3.9 MPa) and another temperature and pressure reducing valve (reducing pressure from 3.9 MPa to 0.5 MPa) were replaced with those from Wuzhong Instruments, resulting in an increased cylinder diameter ; Due to the high ambient temperature, the original ABB locator was replaced with a Fisher split-type locator. During debugging, the pressure in the cylinders above and below the actuator changed frequently, and there was fluctuation in the valve position; despite adjusting and modifying the positioning parameters to reduce these effects, a 5% fluctuation still remained.
