Because the flange was damaged, it was sent back to the manufacturer; after it was installed and put into use, an out-of-range error occurred. Using a BT200 to check showed that everything was the same as before, with no changes. Is the top and bottom reversed? It’s still the issue with the silicone oil; there’s definitely nothing wrong with the surface – it’s still in use or was bought new
Is it new, or was it a broken one that was repaired? Was it verified before installation? Are the range and negative drift set correctly?
Check if the zero point is correct and whether the range setting is proper

The most likely cause is a problem with migration; when installing with double flanges, migration should be carried out after the flanges are in place, and the gauge should read zero before the pressure-taking valve is opened.
First, perform individual calibration of this instrument before installation; place the double-flange capillary on the same plane for inspection. If there are issues, perform zero-point calibration and conduct an installation check. At the same time, check whether there are issues such as diaphragm box deformation or oil leakage on the flange surface
