If it’s not fixed, could the movement of the capillaries due to strong winds or rain outdoors affect the pressure? Are there any relevant installation specifications for the fixing method?
The capillary must be fixed. It can be tied to angle iron. But be careful not to deform the capillary. All that’s needed is to prevent it from shaking around. The filler inside the capillary is less affected by temperature, so it is not necessary to consider heat tracing. If the medium tends to crystallize, it is possible to consider adding insulation or heat tracing to the flange connections.
In the project, we require the chemical engineering team to use 30-mm angle steel to construct a protective frame; the capillaries are laid within the triangular area formed by the angle steel, and then nylon straps (or wires) are used to secure them around the angle steel to prevent them from falling out.
Use 20*20 angle steel for fixation. As for the capillary tube, check whether the silicone oil used in your gauge is of a low-temperature type; if the low-temperature tolerance of the silicone oil is higher than the local minimum temperature, then the capillary tube will need to be insulated and heated, as otherwise it will freeze. Some silicone oils can withstand temperatures down to -15 degrees Celsius

Use an L30*30 angle iron, drill holes on both sides of it, and secure it with zip ties or straps. Insulation is generally not required.
