High/low selection ultra-delay control circuit for the control loop

In the complex control loops of chemical processing units, there is a high/low selective delay control loop; different designers and control system manufacturers employ varying approaches when configuring it. Process production workers find it difficult to understand the principles and how to handle problems.
There are many different forms of override control, and you should discuss one of those suitable for your situation.
Low level (or temperature) selects high level as the over-delay condition
Different system configurations are of course different! It’s best to ask the manufacturer about professional issues!

Different system configurations vary, but the same result must be achieved. The personnel from the manufacturer who configured the DCS might not know! Basically, DCS configurations are all modular in nature; to date, I have not encountered anyone who can carry out such advanced level of configuration.
The layman’s term for override is taking control; it usually means using the factor that has the greatest impact on the process as a means of regulation, with the person in higher authority deciding what to do~~
