In terms of accuracy, single-crystal silicon chips offer relatively high precision, typically achieving accuracy levels of 0.25% FS or higher. The accuracy of diffused silicon chips is relatively low, generally around 0.5% FS. The main difference between domestic and joint-venture pressure transmitters in terms of chips lies in their technical level and manufacturing processes. Joint ventures usually possess advanced technology and equipment, and place greater emphasis on precise control during the production process; as a result, their products exhibit better accuracy and stability. In recent years, domestic companies have also made significant progress in research and development as well as production; the products of some of these brands now approach or even exceed those of joint-venture brands in terms of precision and cost-performance. In general, when selecting a pressure transmitter, different chip materials and brands can be considered based on specific application requirements and budget. .
