What are some feasible and good automation requirements for chemical processing plants at present?
What does that mean? Should it be a distributed control system or something else?

At present, domestic chemical plants do not have high requirements regarding the level of automation provided by DCS systems; it is sufficient as long as the system functions properly. In fact, if thorough preparations are made before constructing a chemical plant and systematic automation requirements are set for the DCS system, it will greatly contribute to the stable operation of the plant in the future, while also helping to reduce labor costs. I work for a foreign company, where we have over 200 operating systems; once the systems are put into use after the plant starts up, they adjust automatically.
What exactly are these over 200 operating systems? Does that kind of simple loop regulation count as well?
