The 4-20MA signal distributor has a 4-20MA input; it features 1 input and 3 outputs. The outputs either show no signal (0MA) or reach full scale. The brand is MIKO MIK-502E, and it is used in CEMS systems
The output is 0 mA; it’s very likely damaged. Try another one – if it still doesn’t work, then it’s indeed damaged.
Verify that the power supply to the signal distributor is functioning properly; signals can be sent to it using a handheld controller, and the signals can be measured at the output terminal. If there are any deviations, there should be adjustable knobs for the corresponding channels available for adjustment. If the output is 0 mADC after power is applied, there is likely a problem; if possible, try using another distributor.

Check whether the input signal corresponds to a two-wire or three-wire model; it seems that no power supply is connected in the input circuit.
