Issues with calibration of control valves and shut-off valves before installation

Should the calibration of control valves and actuators be done before installation? Can the strength test, airtightness test, and leakage test be replaced by the manufacturer’s factory documents? Are there any relevant standards that require this to be done? For our construction work, we generally use the GB-50093-2013 and SY4205-2007 standards; I don’t see any relevant requirements in these standards
Generally, testing and calibration should be carried out before installation.
It has to be done during the airtightness testing; it’s useless if the manufacturer claims the product is qualified~~~ If problems arise, repairs and replacements are still necessary~~~
It is best to determine this based on the actual conditions on site; some companies offer turnkey projects, along with guarantees, and information regarding the location of the valves, etc., which enables coordinated testing. It’s also easier to solve problems when they arise. If the conditions are met, such as power for instruments and gas supply, it is best to go ahead with it right away for safety.
We didn’t conduct any experiments here; the pipes were installed without being purged.
