The Rosemount double-flange level gauge drifts after the zero point is adjusted when there is no fluid or pressure present, and the amount of drift is significant. What causes this phenomenon, and how can it be resolved? Could the masters please explain it to me! Also, how can I test whether this level gauge is working properly or already broken? Thank you! ! !
Different temperatures of the positive and negative capillaries will affect the measurement results.
Check if the capillary is leaking oil, and look at the diaphragm.
If you say the drifting performance is already great, then hurry up and get another one – you can’t do anything about hardware issues!
Check the diaphragms on both sides to see if there are any damages, and determine what the minimum temperature is for the oil filling type Is insulation needed?……
