May I ask if there are any instruments available for online detection of pipeline blockages? The pipeline is used to carry particles, and an alarm is triggered if the particles get blocked. Are there any instruments? What is the principle behind them? ?
I don’t think I’ve heard of it. And even if it does exist, if your pipeline is very long, how many of these devices will be needed?

Solid particles, stainless steel pipes
There is still a pressure difference even if it’s blocked or not completely blocked; installing a sight glass will solve this issue. If you want to add another device, I would recommend something like a velocity type device or a target plate – you might want to consider that option
