Help needed! What do the circular symbols in this PID legend mean?

It’s very rare; I’ve never seen this before. Please help me understand it

After carefully reviewing the dozen or so posts by the original poster regarding Haichuan, many of them contained drawings from individual foreign-funded companies; most were screenshots, and they were quite different from domestic standards and practices. Is this a test for the users of Haichuan? :Lol, looking again, they’re already in third grade – they’ve made such fast progress!:victory:
According to HG/T 20505 2014:
Add a light bulb to the level gauge for easier observation at night.
