Hello, everyone! May I ask, what is the control scheme for the top heat bypass of the etherification catalytic distillation column, which has no control system and directly feeds into the reflux tank? Please specify! Thank you!
It would be best to have a simple diagram; otherwise, it’s hard to answer. In applications where control requirements are not high, it is not necessary to have a control circuit; in some cases, only temperature readings at the measurement points are displayed.
The reflux at the top of the distillation tower is supposed to be used to control the temperature at the top of the tower; a reflux valve is installed to regulate this temperature.
