Do multiple grounds need to be combined?

Equipment grounding/PLC grounding/power grounding/lightning protection grounding/electrostatic grounding – do all these types of grounding need to be connected to a single grounding grid in the end? Is there still a mandatory requirement to connect it to a ground grid?
It can only be said to be connected to different points of a grounding grid. Have you ever seen a house with two grounding grids?
In other words, a company’s facility has only one grounding grid, and all other groundings must be connected to this grid
