The on-site Shanghai Yokogawa DY-DOD split-flow meter is malfunctioning; assistance is needed to resolve the issue

In the boiler room, a DY-DOD split vortex flow meter is installed on the main steam pipeline; the brand is Shanghai Yokogawa. The diameter of the steam pipeline is 150 mm. Frequently, the display on the remote converter shows “CHECK Vibration”, and the instantaneous flow rate remains fixed at 1.35 t/h, when it should actually be 4 t/h. Each time I manually adjust the gauge, the fault disappears, but this issue reoccurs from time to time, resulting in significant measurement errors. I would like to know if anyone knows how to deal with this self-check message from the flow meter. Additionally, I checked the vibration in the sensor area by touching the steam pipeline; since it’s located in the boiler room, there is some vibration, but it’s not severe. The problem is that whenever a fault occurs, I only need to adjust the converter, and I don’t understand why that is.
