Seeking experts’ help regarding Yokogawa zirconia issues

There are two Yokogawa zirconia elements in the incinerator; one is working properly, while the other shows normal values during calibration. However, once it is put into use and standard gas is introduced, its readings are lower than those of the standard gas. Could any experienced colleague please advise me?
It is very likely that the flue gas inside the furnace has leaked into the gas circuit of the calibration gas (reference gas) due to poor sealing of the probe or the zirconium cell. Strictly follow the installation requirements to check the sealing of all pipelines; replace any gaskets that may be leaking air. In the case of a high-temperature type, during calibration, the air flow rate used to draw in the sample gas may need to be turned off.
