Let me explain in more detail: the software was working fine the day before the incident occurred. Then the next day, it was no longer possible to access the program. Just by clicking on backup to enter the program, an error occurs

Admin privileges are available. It was working fine before, but suddenly I can’t access the program from the backup; that error message appears.
