The compressor bearing temperature showed the following readings, causing the compressor to shut down. After an inspection by the instrumentation specialists, they told me that all the wiring is in order, but there must be a reason for the vehicle shutting down. I would appreciate any advice from experienced experts
Looking at the trend in the previous section, it seems like the bearing has failed. . . Is the subsequent fluctuation out of range?
Is the vibration high? It might be that the oil film has been damaged, or the cable could be broken and causing a short circuit

Compressors not only have shaft temperature, but also generally have displacement and vibration, which need to be considered together
Agreed! Looking at just one aspect isn’t convincing!

First, the bearing temperature interlock can be changed to an alarm; this is not necessary, as temperature changes occur slowly, unlike displacement; Second, has the work related to interference suppression in the instrumentation field been completed? It’s not enough to simply ensure that the wires are connected correctly; measures must be taken to suppress electromagnetic and static interference. It seems that the people working in the instrumentation field are not aware of this.
Analog signal filtering is applied, along with cascaded delays; this helps determine whether there is air in the lubricating oil, and monitoring bearing vibration is more reliable than monitoring temperature
Judging from the trend, there seems to be a problem with the gauge. The actual temperature cannot fluctuate rapidly. The simplest solution is to try using a different temperature sensor.
The instrument is shirking responsibility; the trend charts are right here. The instrument is making excuses – it is preliminarily assumed that vibration at the wiring terminals of the thermal resistor has caused the wire connections to become loose
