Ask about logic diagrams

Friends, I would like to ask about logic diagrams. There are two circulating water pipelines, with the two pumps on them operating in interlocked standby mode: the outlet valve opens when a pump starts, and it closes when a pump stops. I don’t have anyone around who knows how to do this; I’d appreciate it if you could help me. Thank you!
I assume: 1. The control room starts/stops the pumps 2. Only one pump can be running 3. Both pumps can be stopped.
Not only the logic diagram, but also considerations such as multiple pumps, the issue of sudden high pressure, and whether valve feedback is required for the outlet valve, etc
