There is a steam valve on site, with a pressure of around 1.0 MPa; it is a domestic-made valve equipped with a Fisher DVC6200 controller, of the feedback type. The attachment consists of only one Fisher locator and one Norgren filter pressure regulator. After the valve self-tuning was completed, oscillations occurred in the opening degree, with an amplitude of around ±3%. The filter pressure reducing valve was checked, and no impurities were found in it. There is no leakage at the air supply pipe connector. But the pressure gauge at the air supply outlet of the locator keeps fluctuating, with the fluctuation range being around 0.5 kilograms. The pressure at the air supply inlet of the locator is stable. The membrane actuator also has no leaks. Neither looser nor tighter packing can solve this problem; please ask an expert for help
Check the input signal; this usually doesn’t present any issues. After that, adjust the position of the feedback bar and secure it in place. Finally, use 475 to adjust the sensitivity parameter TUNING(C-M) in order to reduce sensitivity. For reference only!

Prioritize checking the steps on the 2nd floor. If it still doesn’t work, it is recommended to replace the locator and check it; if everything is fine after replacement, then it’s a problem with the locator
