The connection between the pressure tapping flange of the orifice plate and the pressure tapping tube is achieved through threading; does this meet the installation requirements? According to clause 5.1.9 of the specifications for the construction and acceptance of instruments, slip-type connectors should not be used for connecting the sampling valves to equipment or pipelines. I’m not sure whether such a connection method constitutes non-compliance.
Threaded connections are generally not recommended. If the pressure is not high, there is no major problem; however, the likelihood of leakage is greater than that in the case of welding.

At low pressures, safe media can be used, as the safety level of threaded connections is relatively low. Even without considering regulatory requirements, from a safety perspective, threaded connections should not be used at the lowest point; however, they can be used behind the pressure-taking stop valve at the base. But again, with low-pressure safe media, any leak would pose a serious risk that no one could tolerate.
After the threads are tightened, weld them in place. It is recommended that you do this in front of the valve once.
Don’t cause trouble for yourself; if it’s a hazardous medium, use threaded connections instead of welding under pressure, as it would be bad if there’s a leak
