The differential pressure transmitter detects a negative differential pressure, which is outside the lower limit of the measurement range. Typically, the lower limit value of 0 kPa is displayed; when converted to a percentage, this becomes 0, and after taking the square root it is also 0. Therefore, the actual indicated value is also 0
The traffic volume is incorrect, but there is some traffic, just a low amount.
