2 sets of sensors: 24V positive and negative terminals plus three signal wires; once powered, a 4-20mA current is generated at the output terminal. When connected to a DCS (with isolation), two of the signal outputs from one set of sensors produce a current, while one does not. The other set outputs normally; what could be the cause? Three abnormal sensors were replaced, and all had the same issue

Hehe, it’s my fault. Simply put, a sensor has three signal outputs; when connected to the DCS, one of those outputs doesn’t have any current flow
“\"A sensor has three signal outputs,\" are all three of those signal outputs 4-20mA current signals? How is it achieved? All sent to DCS too? Then not multiple times at once? Is a 4-20mA current signal throughout the line not sufficient to send to the DCS?
Move the normal set to the abnormal position and see what happens. Use this to determine what the problem is.
