Seeking help regarding the use of ultraviolet instruments

The school’s ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer is model UV-3600. When running a baseline with deionized water, many peaks appeared; the baseline was set within the range of 200–800 nm. As shown in the image below. What causes this? I hope the experts can give some guidance.

Sometimes, standard samples are also needed to calibrate the instruments, especially when analyzing relatively important samples. In routine analysis, it is generally sufficient to determine whether the baseline is stable. The presence of so many impurity peaks in the UV spectrophotometer graph is likely due to contamination of the deionized water or of the sample cell; it is necessary to investigate and determine what contaminants may have been introduced.
