There are fluctuations in gas volume – is there any way to prevent blockages?
If you say that fluctuations in pressure cause blockages, then wouldn’t adding a pressure stabilizing tank solve the problem?

A pneumatic instrument cannot simply be connected to a device at a distance; it requires a pneumatic unit that maintains stable flow, temperature, and pressure, just like the Croni model mentioned above.
Is the medium you are measuring a liquid, or a gas/solid two-phase mixture? The latter is prone to clogging, so special considerations must be taken in the design, and the pressure tapping point also requires backwashing. Given your situation, where the purge flow rate is affected by upstream pressure, a reverse-acting rotameter combined with a constant-flow valve (a model designed to handle fluctuations in upstream pressure) can be used; please consult the manufacturer for specific parameters.
