Proper selection and configuration of online pH meters are very important; it is necessary to seek sales/technical engineers with practical experience in industrial applications for these tasks, and the meters also require proper installation and maintenance. Since it gets damaged frequently, there are most likely two reasons for this: first, the selection and configuration are incorrect or inaccurate ; Second, there are issues with installation, operation, and maintenance. Although a pH meter is not a large instrument, there are still quite a few complex technical aspects associated with it. Providing the supplier with correct and detailed operating conditions and medium characteristics is essential for obtaining a more suitable selection and configuration. If it is a low-budget bidding process and the product with the lowest bid wins the contract, and the winning supplier is a trading company lacking technical capabilities, then what the poster is experiencing is quite normal – it’s hard to get a suitable product at a low price.
