The computer runs Windows 10. After the system configuration is set up and saved, and a default project is specified, when the configuration management software is opened, an error message stating “checklocalpath() ERROR: Incorrect path” appears. I’ve never encountered this issue; the Windows 7 virtual machine I installed on my own computer works fine. How about trying the advanced repair tag table in the structure configuration?
The hard drive should have several drive letters; it can’t just have a C drive. It’s best to have drives D, E, and F.

It is possible that you are using software of a lower version to restore a configuration from a backup of a higher version.
